Awesome. Beth Norman is amazing. She made sure I understood my charges and she always makes me feel welcome when I am there. The service tech Chad Boitnott was absolutely great. He came and explained why my tire rotation would not be beneficial. They both aim to please! Nelson has a great crew here. They need to keep them happy because they are part of the backbone of the company.Â
