Even though I knew I was going to be late, I called Katie to say she could reschedule me, but she said come on and she worked me in and I was out in 30 minutes even though I got there 15 minutes late. She doesn’t wonderful job.
Everything was top notch. Staff were friendly and helpful (and smiling) at check in. Timely service. Everyone was polite and efficient. Check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend Nelson Toyota!
