The place is filthy. Didn’t even have cleaning supplies when I first came there. The parties are a total rip off. You only get the 2 hours to play, no host unless you pay extra for the private room. If you want to feed your guests it is up to you to arrange for food to be brought in. Honestly it seems like you are paying a lot for it really just a reserved table. Other venues take care of everything and are comparable in price.
It’s very nice, But the big children jump in the same jump house and the small children come out Crying. That’s Terrible You need to do something about that. Why don’t you have one for Small Children n one was for Big Children. Put a age on it.

We have Bounce House Captain at the entrance of the bounce house and allow one kid in at a time with a limited number of kids going through the bounce hosue. We also tell the children about the bounce house rules with no gun, no gargle, no shoes, and no jumping around in the bounce house because we have little ones going through the bounce house in front of them. I took my son here for his 16th birthday. Pretty big birthday. First of all they charge extra on Fridays when they’re only open for four hours and there was literally no one there other than the five of us. So why charge extra? I would love to have that response from the manager in person. I paid $120 for my son and his friends to Nerf, and unlike other places they had no games that they played with them. The guns constantly jam where you have to trade them in all the time. We upgraded for the bigger gun but my son couldn’t even pull it back to work. Honestly it was a waste of money.
