I have to agree with many of the posters that having Nest DC manage our rental property has been majorly problematic. It wasn't that way the first year, but the second year has been terrible. We just terminated our agreement with them. We pay 10% of the monthly rent on their service, and get little in return. If you are looking for a property manager in DC, look elsewhere. The entire office is run like a bunch of high school students working on an assignment of what it would be like to run a business. I am an owner and used them to rent out my place and it soured me permanently on small business. Hi Nest DC. I was very disappointed this week when i received my monthly statement from you, my property management company, showing that the tenant hasn't paid their rent. Its been 14 days so I would think you would let me know that I'm not getting my check this month. I would think communication is the key but I haven't seen that yet.
