Had an injury, was well received at the care center and the entire process from start to finish was smooth. Nothing to complain about.
I’m both a neighbor and a patient. They are good neighbors and good healthcare providers. I’m glad that we have them in the neighborhood now. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
The receptionist did great was awesome but I wasn’t too pleased with whoever gave me my shots. I feel she didn’t know what she was doing. Shots were giving like anywhere on my arm. Some medications came out and I asked where the fluid was coming from because it was dripping on my arm. She said oh it’s not the medication so I wondered i received all my doses esp when they were very small doses. Where I received the IM medicine on my hip, it bleed and she said oh it hit a vein. Fast, efficient, friendly. It was over before I knew it and all my questions were answered.
I would like to say “Thanks” to NeuMed Urgent Care & IV Therapy. The staffs are nice, and the IM shot are painless. I have weakness, fatigue, tiredness, vitamin D deficiency, hair loss, and muscle aches. I go to NeuMed Montrose for IM shots, and I feel better. Everything was quick and easy. I was fairly in and out. The NP listened to my concerns, evaluated me and gave me a couple options to come up with the best plan for me. If I need an urgent care again, I’ll come back.
Entire Staff was extremely well at their job. They were incredibly helpful & on their feet. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
The entire staff was amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by my name even though this is my first visit to this location. The nurse practitioner was very professional and took her time to make sure that my wound was properly cared for. I couldn't say anything more positive about this facility
