I had a highly disappointing experience at this practice. Despite booking a specific appointment solely to undergo a necessary diagnostic test, the doctor declined to perform it, citing a lack of time/"being booked for the test." This lack of patient care and prioritization is unacceptable for a scheduled visit. Furthermore, the staff’s attitude on the day of the visit was dismissive and rude, adding to an already stressful experience. Dr. P has been an absolute godsend in helping us navigate my father’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis and treatment. She’s been our steadfast advocate throughout the long and confusing process of qualifying for medication, even personally calling the infusion center when coordination issues arise. I’ve been seeing Dr. Parthasarathy for about two years. She’s friendly, professional, and most importantly, she really takes the time to listen. When you’re dealing with neurological issues, having a doctor who truly listens and cares makes a huge difference. Dr. Parthasarathy doesn’t just rush through appointments — she’s thoughtful, does her research, and isn’t afraid to try new approaches when needed. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.
Very good doctor
This was my 1st visit. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The doctor was friendly and listened to my health concerns & set up follow up appointments for testing based on that. I have already been diagnosed with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and it is worse now.. I also have edema, gout, osteoarthritis, and venous insufficiency, so, all in all, I’m doing great. I believe my next appointment is for my Peripheral Neuropathy testing, I’m not looking forward to being poked with needles. 😳
