For the first time doing cryotherapy I didn't know what to expect. It seems like the place is so brand new that they need to work out a few kinks, but my overall experience was fine. I got a 3 package deal. I felt pretty exhilarated after the session but a few hours later I'm not sure if it did anything long term. I will check it out again
Other people's hairs were floating around in tub-EW! And it wasn't a pod.. more like a bathtub. Disappointing as I wanted a pod for the full experience. Needless to say I didn't use my full time and didn't see hairs until I got up to leave. I'd never return there

shout out to Brian who help run the facility. he made me feel comfortable about Cryotherapy and answered all my questions. he is very friendly and professional. for my cryo I did level 2 for the full 3 min. it was cold but not overbearing. I'll be glad to go back again and use other services they provide.
I had the wrong waiver form sent to me, which wasn't a big deal. The cryotherapy wasn't that beneficial.
