I went for cryotherapy. This was my first time freezing! I love the facility. It’s always clean and the girl was very nice and helpful! I will be coming back.

My first visit was a good one. I did the float tub. Everything was clean. I was hoping for silence during my float (used earplugs and head was under the water) but could hear quiet background music playing. My friend in the next room could also hear the music playing while soaking. Enjoyed the relaxation room with a cup of tea afterwards to continue the relaxation. Used a Groupon to save$

The staff were great, the facilities were immaculate, and the float session was so incredibly relaxing! I can't wait to go again!
Was an awesome experience! Friendly staff, very clean. I had some initial trepidation about a 60 minute float, I was so wrong!!! Go do it, you will like it.
