RecommendedThis was my first appointment. It was very easy to get an appointment for a cleaning. I was actually seen the same day! Megan was very nice and a skilled technician. The wait was not very long, staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and COVID safe in my opinion.
Friendly staff. I had my initial visit for an implant yesterday, & I was a little nervous, but once that Novocain kicked in, everything was okay. I would highly recommend them.

Samantha is my regular hygenist. She is wonderful, thorough, and always explains everything to me about my visit. She takes her time and makes sure I am always as comfortable as possible. Dr Peterson is a great dentist and does his work fast and painless. Always a great experience. My whole family goes to New Baltimore Family Dentistry and we are very pleased with all the people who work there.
I thought trying to change dentists during a pandemic was going to be a nightmare. New Baltimore Family Dentistry took me on and they have been amazing. I have been there twice in the last two weeks. Once for a cleaning and then one week later I had an emergency and they were able to see me right away. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility is spotless. And the dentist is very down to earth and practical. I am sorry that I did not change dental offices a long time ago!
I can't think of one thing that I don't like about this dental practice. On a scale of one to ten it's a 10+ !
they are so friendly and take many different insurance's. Heather did my cleaning and my teeth never looked better! great job.
