I have been utilizing mental health services for almost a decade at this point, and the professionalism balanced with kind and caring people is something I can say I didn’t appreciate until I experienced a different company that had neither. I’m grateful to be able to have someone who is willing to work with me to find the right balance of treatments and who is available when I need them for extra appointments or just medication adjustments.

When I experienced a financial hardship and had a lapse in health insurance, the Bloomfield office was absolutely horrible and cruel. I knew I would no longer be able to secure my medication for my Bipolar and I just found out I was pregnant. All I wanted to know was how to SAFELY taper down off my medication, this could have been a simple email or phone call from my psychiatrist. But instead, the front office dodged my calls.
