Don't use this gutter company! They were a good company before they were bought out by Ned's Home Services. I had them install gutters on my home in the past when it was owned by Gutter King, and they did a great job. This last experience when i had them do my gazebo, now that it's owned by Ned's Home Services, was a nightmare! The installers are incompetent and have a total disregard for your property. New England Gutter Kings have been servicing my house for a few years now and we are very happy with their work. From gutter cleaning to power washing, to roof cleaning, they’ve been keeping my house looking new. Please keep up the good job!
They came to my house and clean the gutters. They must have only bag or a bag per house. Once the bag was full of the leaves and tree sticks from the gutters, they left all the other leaves and debris on my driveway, front of the house, also side of the house. I'll be canceling my yearly cleaning with them
The team was pleasant and very efficient. My only issue is the consistently extremely short notice of the service. This was the second time in a row (and other times before) the only notification I received was a text as they were pulling into my driveway. My other subscription services like Terminix and Mosquito Mikes give me a 24 hr preliminary heads-up followed by a 15-60 minute notice they’re on their way.
I call things like I see them and don't like to give negative reviews except when they are warranted and usually pretty extreme negative circumstances, which is what has happened here. I don't know what happened to New England Gutter Kings. I used them for maybe a decade, but since they were taken over by Ned Stevens out of New Jersey a few years sgo, the service levels and reliability have gone from very good and on time and almost automatic, to not only never on time, but this year they finished our fall gutter cleaning th... read more
