So simple I am scheduled for a yearly gutter cleaning for the past two years they have arrived on time did an outstanding job, cleaning the gutters and not throwing all the leaves on the ground, but taking them away exceptional company, exceptional service, which all companies acted in this way.
New England Gutter Kings used to be our go-to for cleaning, but since being taken over by Ned Stevens, the quality of work, the communication with us (seriously? You can’t let us know they’re going to come to clean until they’re already on their way?) between the office and the field teams has deteriorated very much. So much so, we’ve canceled our contract.
NE Gutter Kings did a great job clearing blockage in our home's gutters that interfered with proper drainage of rain water.. The team was efficient and courteous. We are very satisfied with their service.
Please do your homework and do not use Neds Gutters. This whole transaction has been a nightmare. I Will NEVER use NEDS Gutters again. First they come to replace my old gutter and break by solar lights on the porch. Then I find the gutter is leaking in spots and they send the people who clean the gutters to install drip edge and all they did was bend and distroy my drip edge on my new construction.
