Dr. O'Brien is great; I know him for many years now, but the communication is terrible. They called me a few times to ask me the same questions. Furthermore, I have sent 2 texts to cancel an appointment and did not get any response, even though I've asked for an acknowledgment of my text. I still recommend Dr. O'Brien in Hamden, he is a great dentist!
Very professional staff. I had not visited a dentist since covid and I had a great cleaning and consultation with Dr. Cloutier at New Haven Dental Group.
Excellent. Excellent Dr. Cloutier and his assistant Wendy are just wonderful besides Dr. Cloutier's excellent dentistry they both make your visit so comfortable and pleasant.The staff especially Kathy and Lee are super.
