RecommendedAll that I’m going to say is I went here twice in a 6 month time span && AWESOME SERVICE BOTH TIMES!!! If I didn’t need my teeth I’d let him take them all out ..did my wisdom teeth with ease I felt fine like nothing happened && after months of pain to NOTHING IS AMAZING!! Thanks a million HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️ oh && the staff 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 rare that you get a good experience with the staff but these ladies must like the job they do because it shows 👍🏾

RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about Dr. Berardo and his staff. I took my mother in for a gum issue and she had to have a tooth pulled. She has dementia and Parkinson’s and it’s difficult taking her places because I never know how she is going to be received since she needs extra care and attention. Dr Nick spoke to her in Italian and all the girls were so kind and gentle with her. They made an otherwise difficult situation very easy and I appreciate that. RecommendedI can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Berardo and his staff! I went in for wisdom tooth removal and from the moment I walked in for the consult, he was attentive to my needs and concerns. I had them removed while on laughing gas and novocaine, and knowing I was anxious, he talked me through the entire procedure and kept the mood very light. I was a bit hesitant to be awake during the procedure, but Dr. Berardo and his assistants made the entire experience as easy as possible.
RecommendedStaff was super rude. My young son needed surgery and the staff, well this one woman, was overly rude when we asked about our options and the costs and all that. She became aggravated like we shouldnt ask. It made my son so uncomfortable, we almost left. Terrible experience. Do not put yourself through this. Terrible!!!!

The dental and the Dental assistants are great. But the front desk clerk are not the nicest. They should be customer friendly with smile in their face. It was not the way we expected.
went there in 2019 and recently inquired about my records was told that I could come pick them up and when I arrived was told they weren't ready and had to be updated what kind of updating has to be done if I only went there once or twice and it's too years later 😅 I think I may have to have records subpoenaed
