Came well prepared to attack all work. Stretch Carpet in two bedrooms and one closet. (Good Job) Shampoo Four bedrooms and the one closet. (Shampoo work was okay) --- some areas not 100% clean!

Very professional. Arrived on time, paid attention to detail and went above and beyond the task. Couldn't be more pleased.
The repairmen, Isaiah, failed to mention a tear in the carpet after charging me an extra couple of hundred to restretch the carpet and supposedly repair it, he failed to mention the tear in the carpet, so I asked if he could install a new carpet. He then said, if I needed a carpet installed, he would do it; however, after scheduling it a week in advance, the morning he was to pick up the carpet, he was unwilling to load the carpet on his van roof and said he would get a truck by 12:00 noon.
