Ā RecommendedJust picked up my Siberian husky, Einstein from NTPR. He seemed to have a wonderful time and came home beautifully bathed and groomed. He wants to visit again to play with his new friend, Jax. Thank you guys very much for taking good care of my boy.šŗ.Ā
Huge staff shake up recently - theyāre hemorrhaging all of the people that made this place great. I use them because, while they are expensive, they know you and your pet and are super helpful and friendly. I had a couple phone calls recently that left me with the impression that is no longer the case. A customer was coming out as I was going in, heād brought his dog in for grooming and he had not been groomed. I was arranging for my dog to do their day care and the new staff was just rude. I canāt say enough good things about NTPR. Our Charlie went there for years. The staff has taken such good care of him from the time he was young and busy, later as he slowed down, then learned to deal with his picky eating and insulin and cataracts. Even when he couldnāt see much, he marched in the door and announced himself and would head straight back to his usual spot. Staff and facility were wonderful. Clean, friendly and very well organized. My dog was perfect at pickup and looked great. Could not be more pleased.Ā
