I would never recommend this company or it’s sister company the lodge we have used them before and had ok service I was in europe seeing family that is not doing good and they called me telling me I needed to get my dog cause they couldn’t work with him I gave them medication to give him for anxiety they didn’t even try that They had to call me to get how to feed him with his prepared food when I gave them the instructions when we dropped my dog off I had to try and find someone to go and pick him up while I was in Euro... read more

This time my experience was not good. We had opted for Luxury villa however their webcams were not working the entire duration of 10 days we boarded our Lab. When we picked him up, he was in pretty bad shape due to scratching himself up. Looks like something there (could be the pool water) triggered an allergic reaction to him. Worst part is that the pet resort did not do any communication about pet scratching himself or any pictures/ videos during the stay. I got 1 picture only when I asked.
