HORRIBLE customer service. First they blow up your phone non stop, then when you get a link to confirm, cancel or reschedule, they claim they didnt receive the reschedule request and THEN charge you $25.00 per person fee. I requested LAST WEEK for our appointments to be rescheduled. Heard nothing back. So I called this morning and was told they never received anything. So we rescheduled the date. Recommended**posting here as well. This if from my Google review months ago***DO NOT COME HERE! I had a simple filling completed in April 2020. I’ve had pain and discomfort since then. The doctor was rough throughout the entire appt and I told her as much. She wasn’t mean but wasn’t the friendliest and definitely didn’t listen to me. Fast forward to now. The Dr. is great too bad her manager at the office is rude! I wouldn't let her take care of my dog. Absolutely one of the rudest people I've ever spoke to. No concern for my tooth being infected. Also scheduled an appointment on line and was told I couldn't have the appointment after having email confirmation. Definitely will not be going back!

Absolutely worst experience ever. WORST! It all started when receiving a Marketing item in the mail. I was just thinking about getting fastbraces and it said $1000 off promotion at her dentist. I had went to 2 other dentist and got a free consultation with a quote for $3500-$3800 for fastbraces. So I thought this seems to be the average let me try New Word Dentistry. You would be crazy not to give Dr. Jayne a call.. By far the best dentist in the region. I live more than 10 miles away from her office but will be going to her practice for my treatment even though I pass over 10 dentists on the way!
