Dr. DeMoura gave me hope when nobody else would. Majority of the staff are fantastic, PT, Stephanie, Kara, Xray, pain management team, PA's & Business office, and even the door-men are ALL wonderful! The front desk, most of the staff there are great too, although there have been 1-2 people there with a little bit of attitude. I highly recommend NY Spine Institute & have referred people there as well.
