Ashleigh (Ashley?) is always kind and competent and I am always impressed with the women who work the desk, today Debbie and (new to me) Josephine. If only the parking in Newton Centre lot was as terrific, all would be well.
The office is always clean, staff is professional. They take patients promptly after they arrive, no long waiting...
I see Dr. Berik, who is always great. She was running late, but came to the waiting room to tell me personally and offer me a couple of options. That made it easier for me to adjust, which I very much appreciated.
