My experience was pleasant and accomplished the intended goals. Dentists were friendly and courteous. Staff was nice and helpful. However, I was asked to settle my bill while still under the effects of strong medication. This is probably unwise.
Dr. Walsh, the hygienists, and the front-desk staff are always wonderful at Newton Dental Associates -- it has a real family feel despite being a state-of-the-art facility. I've been going there for nearly 35 years and now my kids are going. I hope to go there for 35 more!
I recently had my last Invisalign appointment with Dr. Berik and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I'm so happy I listened when she suggested that I do it to ensure the future health of my teeth and gums. As always, Dr. Berik and the entire staff at Newton Dental Associates provided patient-centered service with genuine care.
The only suggestion I would make is try to stick to scheduled appointment times. Patients often have to feed the meter and want to avoid parking tickets. Otherwise I love Newton Dental Associates!
