Thorough, attentive, and pleasant.
You wouldn't expect a gum graft to be ok, but this one was. True, it was my second time, and my gums didn't bleed as much as the first time, so the whole procedure took less time, but Dr Jhaver and his assistant's calm professionalism (and excellent results from the first one), together with my podcasts and the stress ball they handed me, all made for an almost! :-) pleasant experience.
