Excellent experience...only wish they were closer to home!
I am always happy with my care at Newton Dental. My regular dentist is Dr Berik who makes me much less anxious in the dentist chair. Somehow today I ended up with Dr. Walsh who I think I saw once before for an emergency. He was great too. Every hygenist I have seen has been great and that is true for my current regular hygenist, Heather. Finally, the office staff who you see coming in and going out really get to know you over time and they work hard to solve any issues you may have. Thank you all very much. Happy New Year!

The hygienist was experienced and thorough. She was also very personable and pleasant. She communicated my concern to the dentist and the dentist too, answered my questions. Dr. Berik is a great dentist and really cares about her patients.
I am very happy with your hygienist, never the less your person at the counter was rude and yelled at me, which is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Staff and doctors are very nice. However, the dental hygiene staff I had is a bit careless when cleaning. I've had other dental hygienists at this practice and they're more gentle and considerate during the cleaning process.
