The staff is excellent and friendly. Dr. Jang is exceptional is friendly and care she takes care of all needs and makes sure you’re comfortable during al procedures. The front desk/hygiest Tracy will do everything she can possible to get you’re insurance to pay and help you with your procedure, she’s well knowledgeable and has been there over 30 years and takes care of everyone.Rhonda is excellent too and make sure you’re comfortable and all procedures are done right. The only problem I have is payment if you don’t have insurance you pay up front . Who has 8,000 dollars hanging around to give a dentist or even 1,000 at once you get there and your credit card didn’t work they refuse the payment to be called in later that day that’s poor business because the dentist has 2 hours free non-payment for the time everyone sits for 2 hours then you have to rebook and take up another appointment. When I could have called in the payment that night and no rebooking BAD BUSINESS TACTICS

This is my first visit to Newton Dentistry and I am impressed The office manager, Tracy, , was wonderful and realizing that I did not have insurance arranged a plan that was workable for me. The hygienist, Susan, did a lot of the preliminary work and made me comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Jang was kind, professional and made a potentially anxiety producing situation manageable and as relaxing as one can be at the dentist. Looking forward to returning.
