Dealer responded twice, seemed genuinely interested in customer.
There was a truck I was interested in trading for. I asked a lot of questions and was fed a bs line about how well it was taken car of. It looked good in the pictures but when I got there it was not at all what I was told. The pictures only showed what they wanted you to see. I drove 4 hours to find out the pickup was junk. It had lots of rust that I was not told about and the pictures hid. It also had a significant oil leak underneath, which looked to be the rear main.
