From when I walked into the office until I left the office I felt like I was the only person focused on. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and helpful and cared. The tech was excellent and explained everything I had questions on. The Doctor was Great. I am still working out how and what I need to do, but my first visit was excellent.
Had wisdom teeth and one other molar removed painlessly, the whole staff was very personable and they made all my options and prices clear. They made an unpleasant procedure quick and tolerable. Would definitely recommend them if you need dental work done.
Was recommended to NHOMS for a abscessed tooth removal by my dentist. The staff was very pleasant and thorough . Dr Bean was my oral surgeon. He answered my questions and told me of my choices and what the outcomes would be. I really appreciated that . I would definitely recommend .
I had my wisdom teeth pulled by NHOMS in Concord and initially we had scheduling issues but it was sorted out quickly. I was having a lot of anxiety but the staff here was very very kind and tried to make sure I was okay. Pretty scary experience but not necessarily their fault. I do really appreciate the very kind women who made me feel comfortable.
Very helpful and professional, we felt listened to with compassion. Mom had her surgery today. The staff is so attentive, kind and patient. Compared to her previous experience with another oral surgeon, this was 100% better, much better care was given.
