I filled out the new patient form the night before, The process was repetitive as when I was taken into the room for my appt, I was asked the same questions and she had to input it all again into another system. This is ridiculous, The info that I put in should be able to sync with the patient file. It took over an hour from my appt time before I saw the doctor. I was in the office for a follow up visit for an implant. All the staff that I interacted with were efficient and professional.
Pleased with the experience, was made to feel comfortable, and all questions were answered since I was new to the procedure. After hours help was great calling in pain meds quickly that were needed
