The process was simple to set up and funded quickly. A lot easier than we thought it was going to be.
Nicholas was easy to converse with. He was familiar with his product. He successfully walked me through the loan process.
The experience was awesome Nick was fantastic he took time to explain things to me he took time to call me back and let me know what I needed and he was very personable thank you
Got it done with no hiccups. It actually took longer than buying or selling a home. Nick stayed on top of it and kept me informed of any updates. He answered any questions I had. The only piece of information that was never discussed were the "points" involved with obtaining the loan. I found this out when signing the closing Doc's. I would have preferred to sign the closing in office. That way, the notary would not need to call for answers when I had questions.
Was very helpful when I was having trouble with Wi-Fi which interfered with the process on line,he helped me immensely with a person who has never used their phone for application of anything.Very thankful for everything and job well done.Georgia
