RecommendedToday was one of hardest days of my life..I took my elderly American Bull dog to walk across the bridge..they were the most compassionate people I’ve ever encountered..they immediately took us to a room. Bought in thick blanket to lay on floor. Then the sweetest kindest doctor came into room. RecommendedWe have visited many vets over my lifetime with our fur kids but Dr. Bilbury is the best. I have to say every tech and receptionist we have interacted with has been professional and kind beyond any other clinic staff. The level of empathy, care & knowledge is unmatched by any other clinic. Also their pricing is extremely reasonable.
RecommendedLove them, had an emergency with my Trinity (15 yr dog) and they were the only vet around besides an emergency hospital vet that would see her. Unfortunately they couldn't do anything for her but was very compassionate about with helping us make that unthinkable decision. They gave us time, didn't rush us into anything and gave us all the time we needed with our girl. would recommend them, decent prices, very friendly.

RecommendedI had to have both my dogs put to rest today. The entire staff was thoughtful and caring. Our vet took great care to make us feel comfortable and my boys. It was an absolutely horrible day to have to put both my dog Geno 15 and Vinnie 14 down at the same time. Thank you Nichols veterinary clinic for the compassion you showed me and my boys.
