Nick prepares my clients file upfront so whenthey make an offer they are in a favorable possition to WIN the Seller's acceptance. Nick knows the guidelines of the loan programs upfront. He is not just an order taker that 3 weeks into an escrow calls and says that there is a problem. Sorry this Buyer can not qualify. Nick closes transactions on time.

Assuming that you know what your customers want is not a good way to run a business. Always ask how they want their mortgage to be handled. I never felt that he really cared about me as a customer I was just a name.

I would like regular LSU's, a head's up when the appraisal came in low, better communication around why appraisal took 10 days to come in.

Nick Andress is not a pleasant Leander, my last conversation over the telephone I had with him. He was very rude to me, he raised his voice on me almos screaming I told him a few times"not to raise his voice on me. I said to him twice also,"not to put words in my mouth. raising his voice very upset. He said to me " do you want me to cancel your loan?". And also he said: "do you want me to said that you can't provide proof of your car?" On the end of our conversation he just hung up on me.
