We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Nicole and her associates (Lynn in particular). We listed our house for rent and she and her team walked us through every step of the way from listing, to screening applications to eventually signing a lease with a tenant. They went above and beyond even after the lease was signed, helping us with the logistic of making the sure the house was ready and up to code for our tenant. This is my first review I have ever done... anywhere. I felt compelled to share what a wonderful experience it was work with Nicole and her team while selling our home of 20 years. It was a home filled with memories and Nicole took out the stress and uncertainty out of the process. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when our home sold in 3 days at full price. It was clear to us that marketing skills and knowledge she brings to the table made a successful experience.

We selected NIcole after interviewing several local agents due to her professionalism, practical approach, knowledge & strategy, and her success in the Irving area. Nicole and her team were amazing. When you think of real estate agents, you may (like I did) not think much of them because you feel like you do all the work and they get paid. Well, Nicole absolutely debunks this theory. She made selling our house painless. She and her team do a tremendous amount of work, leaving the buyer with little hassle. Her timing is impeccable and she handles every scenario in a strategic way. She not only demonstrates professionalism but she also is very approachable and down to earth.
