Nicole and her team did an amazing job! As a first time home buyer, buying a house can be daunting but Nicole made sure we were well informed on what to expect and what to do in order to make the whole process as seamless as possible. Sammi, Maggie, and Matt were all a pleasure to work with and took the time to make sure we stayed on track and answered any questions we had along the way. Cannot recommend preferred rate enough when purchasing a home.

Recently just closed on a home with preferred rate and I couldn’t be more impressed at how smooth the process was from start to finish! we had a pressured and quick closing date with an FHA loan- and they made it happen so seamlessly! They got us a lower rate than any one else as well. Everyone on the team was so professional and had great communication from start to finish. Highly reccomend them being your lender!

If I could give 20 stars I would. Nicole did my loan and my son’s loans it just doesn’t get any better than this. She’s super professional, knows her stuff and on top of her work you feel like she’s your own personal loan originator. My family and I will use her again and again.
