Nicole did a very good job. However, final closing was delayed due to poor lender-processing management. A new contract had to be signed 4 days before closing due to top margin illegibility, 26 days after the original flawed contract. On the morning of closing, the underwriter asked for an additional amendment correcting an original amendment signed weeks earlier. This last minute requirement delayed the funding a day and could have been avoided with proper management of the process.
