Nicole was great to work with. She responded promptly and was always one step ahead of the deal. I would highly recommend her.
This was a smooth process until we got to appraisal. I found out from my buyers about the appraisal and I believe lenders should keep agents included in all communications. Then at the end there were a couple changes that moved the closing date and this was a huge deal to the lender. In this business we all have to be flexible and not get emotionally involved in a transaction as this can cause undue stress on our clients. At the end of the day we need to work as a team for the client.
