Wow just wow. I bought a dog off Craigslist and was told there was a puppy package too that she paid in full. I was told it would transfer with the dog. The prior owner told me she would release everything and would call them if need be. Today I called to see about a neuter and the woman in the office was extremely argumentative and rude. I wouldn’t take a dead cockroach to you people. And don’t buy the puppy packages because they are a scam.

A joke. Want to push teeth cleaning which I have never had do e on any dog I've owned and never had a problem. All through the scamdemic I couldn't call in the morning for a dose of Heart guard and pick it up that afternoon. They needed 24 hrs to go to a cabinet and pull it. But the end all is now that the state is fully open they want to push their own mask mandate. Found another vet with more common sense. You lost a client.
This establishment is a joke. More like a disgrace. I have been bringing my pets here since I've moved back into the area in 2014. My husband brought our geriatric cat in. They ran bloodwork and said "well he probably has cancer". Absolutely no explanation of anything. just immediately cancer. The tech was very condensending to my husband, think her name was Susie? My 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier had a major blockage in his intestine, so we called Niles Vet Clinic they told us that they had no appointments and refered us to MEDVET in Girard. We then took him there and had X-Rays done and found the blockage they gave him fluids and told us to call his vet in the morning to get him Emergency Surgery. I then called Niles Vet Clinic when they opened the following morning and again they told us they couldnt get him in even though it was a life and death situation. Our puppy was very sick one night (non stop puking and crying). I knew something was very wrong so as soon as they opened I called to make her an appointment. The receptionist was VERY rude and said if she gets worse wait until 4pm and take her to the emergency vet (why wait for her to get worse??). I hate I was forced to make too quick of a decision to kill my cat, Johnny Legs. He tested positive for feline aids. I took him to get his injuries treated from a cat fight. I needed more time to think. It was Saturday and clinic closed at noon. I am sickened to say I agreed to his death because of the time pressure. I made the wrong decision.
