They were very kind to my daughter's pet and knowledgeable about how to best treat her. They answered all our questions. The waiting time was very reasonable. Even called to check up on the patient. Our family is very happy with the service they provided.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The entire staff is compassionate, friendly, and very good at giving clear information and instructions. I brought my dog Taz into this office for a general checkup and also to get some updated shots. The doctor was thorough and the office assistants loved Taz and Taz loved them. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a vet who will take their pets overall well being into consideration. I also appreciate their pricing. I’ve been going to Niles Vet Clinic for almost 19 years, and have never had a bad experience. My dog just recently had some surgery, and Dr. Simon was excellent! Do I hear people say that they are expensive? Yes I do. Do I think they are expensive? Sometimes I do, but then when you put all of the service, The constant keeping in touch, and being available for whenever you need them, that may just be worth a little more. I would highly recommend them to anybody who has a four-legged family member, or however many legs. LOL
