The entire experience was positive. Although initially they couldn't find the key for a test drive, it turned out the windshield was scheduled to be replaced just before we showed up. They quickly discovered what happened, and we left very satisfied.
The experience for the most part was pleasant and cordial. We were referred to Donny Wright and found him pleasant, informed, patient and cordial. We wanted a reliable, fairly new, used car in great condition. He showed us 3 and we chose one of them. We returned the next morning to show our interest and begin the process of purchasing the car. It was a long, sometimes uncomfortable process dealing with others.

My overall experience was awesome. I was excited to find out they were open on Sunday. From first driving into the lot was met by an outstanding sales consultant. Jerry took great care of me and got me in a great vehicle. All the way to the end everyone was very pleasant and professional.
