I greatly dislike the check in process with LifeStance. Everything was much smoother with the resolution counseling process. I get several texts and emails starting days in advance to checl-in but then still need to check-in again right before to actually get the link. I get phone calls which I have declined on my profile but still get. My spouse doesnt have access to the system or links when we are in couples counseling. Why can't I simply give consent for him to access the system as well. I also have not been able to speak... read more
Annoying. Too many questions. Get asked the same ones every time. Shitty process, takes time away from my actual therapy. Horrible. The worst check-in experience I’ve ever had w therapy
Why on earth do I have to reconfirm my address and insurance every time I see my therapist who I have been seeing for years? This is a standing appointment and you have made it much more complicated than necessary. It is so tedious I am tempted to find a new therapist.
I don’t like that I hv to check in more than once - asking same repetitive questions: one time would be great.
