Hired this company to **** my concrete porch, and unfortunately the workmanship and materials used were extremely poor. Within three months of completion, the concrete began chipping, crumbling and decomposing, which clearly indicated inferior materials and substandard ************** make matters worse, after demolishing the original porch, large chunks of concrete and debris were left on my walkway and lawn over a week after supposed job completion. I had some work done by this company less than 2 months ago. I paid $5500. for a concrete foundation to be installed for a 2-car garage. The measurements were supposed to be 20 x 20. What I received as a stab that measures out to be 19 X18 and to close to the property line to install a garage without adding the proper safety requirements to protect my neighbor's property from a fire. Mrs ******** The garage footing was already in location where we installed exactly what you were charged for. After pad was poured she said it wasnt the size she requested. I would have to dig an entirely new footing to allow for the garage size she wants. We have no problem in doing it but she wasnt charged for it. So a new estimate was sent. She declined felt it should be included.
This owner of this company ****** ********is a professional **** ******. At initial consultation he claims to have 35 full time employees and later on down the journey with this company find out all of his work he gets is subcontracted out and once he gets the first initial payment with a promised project start date it is impossible to get back in contact with him when the project is past the start date and no one has showed up. And when Getting in contact with his office guy ***There is nothing but excuses given
Beware! In 2023 we hired N&M Retoration *********, ** to pour a stained pebble finish cement patio. During the power wash process (a near last step that exposes the pebbles) some pebbles came loose. We later discovered this happened because the power washing was to soon and patio wasn't dry enough.We pad the final payment before the problem was noticed (bad move). **** (owner) would not even return our phone calls requesting repair. Super unprofessional. I use to work for this company and had him come out and do work on my sisters house, the choices in stone he gave her didnt match the house. She wanted her planters removed from her brick garage wall because they were pulling away and he tried to build them back on. Because he doesnt want to fill the holes where they were without charging her more, when that should have been in the initial estimate. They crew he sent over didnt even know what they were doing.
