Norm took very good care of us throughout a tumultuous home purchase. He was able to help us secure a lower interest rate than what we’d locked in due to a drastic drop. He was able to help us extend that great rate when our closing date was moved. He was positive, helpful and encouraging through the entire process. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage.
