Unbelievable I just got a call about our appointment this weekend that it is now cancelled. They have cancelled the appointments 3 times. Now they’re going to be closed on Saturday the only time we can take them since my husband works 6am-6pm and I am 8 months pregnant and can’t take a 55 lb dog and 15 lb cat by myself. We’ve had this appointment set for over a month and now wait until 4 days before to call me and tell me they are closing Saturdays. And she has the audacity to tell me to just call another clinic. Unable to get an appointment It’s always something 😡
We are new to the area and I rarely write reviews ,but would like to share with other pet owners that this has been the absolute worst experience with a veterinary hospital I’ve ever had from the moment I first called. After looking on the website, I saw a mention of cat grooming offered at this clinic. When I called to inquire about it, I was told by the receptionist that it wasn’t something they offered. Showed up twice to attend appointments they changed without telling me. Finding another vet who has their act together. Don't trust your pets with these folks.
My wife set an appointment (as we have a baby to bring along with us) with the N. 10th St. Animal Hospital to help schedule her day -- After waiting an hour and a half after scheduled appointment, the results of the visit were not only inconclusive and costly, but left her with much doubt and fear. The Vet said, obviously pulling things from thin-air, that our dog may have scabies....a quick google search would show that our dog has nothing near that.
