First Unhappy Experience at this Dental Office Was asked to come in earlier for the apt which we did. For 2 simple fillings was seen right away but it took 2 hours. That's way too long for two fillings for my daughter to be sitting in a dental chair. Although we have been going there for a while, this went way beyond a normal time frame for the work performed. Not happy. Work done is fine but also waiting for my daughter for 2 hours is not fine. Rethinking our choice in dental offices.
Its all about the money - your money! I made the mistake of overpaying my account to have some credit left over for future dental work. My credit magically disappears due to appointment cancellation fees from missed appointments back in 2012! I called to cancel these appointments but apparently not within 24 or 48 hrs notice that they require (even reception is unclear on their own policy as she stated 24 but the paper she has me sign says 48) Nevermind the fact that I have been in there multiple times since 2012 and not a w... read more
