Sold me a cord of uncured, wet firewood. And I live in the country, I know the difference. The first two cords burned just fine. The second cord literally sizzles and won't burn after being in two or three fires where all the kindling burned up. Called to complain, and was basically just given the runaround, and the employees didn't even bother to express any empathy. I'm trying to heat my house for the winter and wasted $190. Will never do business here again, after being a years long customer. What a shame.
