It was my first time going to a dermatologist, and it was not what I expected. The doctor was nice but that is all. I told her what was happening and then she offered up some samples and I had thank God pictures of the breakouts I was having and then she diagnosed me with something. After waiting an long time in the dark room, because the lights shut off after no activity/movement in the room (happened more than twice), doctor came in talking super rushed. Exchanged a few questions of what I wanted done that day and then paid $225.00 for one wart being burned off. I was in with the the doctor maybe 5-7 mins tops. Most expensive and longest wait. Not planning on going back ever!

This office is much more concerned with quantity of patients than quality of care. I called the office and asked if they treated popped blood vessels, they said they did and that I should see Dr. Gordon. She was 20 minutes late and spend under 90 seconds with me. Truly, less than 3 minutes. She told me they don’t have good enough lasers at their office for popped blood vessels and referred me elsewhere. I’ve been a patient of Dr Costner’s for a few years and love her, however I recently decided to have procedure with her skin and health spa. After my initial consult it’s Taylor I never heard back despite calling and expressing my dislike of not hearing back and being promised a call back. I don’t know what to do or where else to go. I trust Dr. Costner but a so displeased with the service I received.
No response to my request for an appointment after 4 days.
