Perfect Townhomes It’s great I mean the renovated flooring is beautiful. The location is central easy access to the freeway. But what stood out the most was the partially finished basement just what I was looking for. So the office ladies are nice Katherine was helpful for the tour. I strongly recommend this place to anyone !!!

It’s Good The house is good. Katherine had great customer service kept us laughing the whole time. The house is beautiful. The office made it happen in 3 days we moved in so satisfied thank you North Eden We love you !!!

Nice homes North Eden is beautiful and Nicely kept the outside is beautiful and the homes are even more beautiful on the inside we were reffered by a friend and would steongly recomend to anyone looping speak with miss Kat you will love your new homes just as much as we do!

5 Star Homes ?????????? I toured these apartments with Katherine, and she was amazing! Super friendly knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. The community looked great and well-kept definitely worth checking out!

Wonderful Home I am blown away with the care and detail the office ladies present. I am thankful to live at a place that picks up the phone when I call. The house is nice and lots of space. Katherine made the move in easy and quick to get into the home within a week.
