Since this is my first dental visit I was completely satisfied and my first impression was WOW. Very nice staff, everyone was so nice and took the time to ask me questions and explained the x rays and explained what dental care I need to have done. Thank You,
They were very patient and understanding with me. I have a very bad phobia of dentists. They helped me feel welcome and relaxed. I also have a bad gag reflex and when they tried to do xrays in the mouth I just could not do it. They did not push me to keep trying. They do have a good way to explain how things will be done.
I had two extractions on 2/28/19 and everything went very well. Dr. Flack thoroughly explained everything to me including sedation options and procedures. The process went faster than expected. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and very professional. Thank you everyone. (Almost looking forward to next week's appointment.)
Good job. Only thing that was bothersome was the goop that makes my impressions oozed out to the back of my throat causing me to gag. But we made it thru it. Wish prices were cheaper.
I have been going to Dr Flack for years now and I have been taking my kids there also. They take their time to do quality work and take time to ask questions while going through the procedure.
I have been going to these folks for quite a few years now. Excellent team of professionals. They are always pleasant and listen to your concerns! Never had a bad experience or complaint. Other dentist in area sometimes refer patients too these folks so what does that say? All I can say as awesome!

I have had my old silver fillings replaced with white fillings so teeth look better and will prevent them from breaking later on. Dr. Flack contoured my teeth to look more even instead of my worn look. Like that they have some days they are open to 6pm to be able to come after work and not have to take time off from work. High quality service, professional staff and flexible hours.
I have been looking for a new dentist, one that will be open more then just 2.5 days a week. This clinic is open 5 days a week. friendly staff at the front who explain things well, the hygienist and dentist were both very knowledgeable and communicated things well. I felt comfortable with a procedure I have been putting of for years once explained. I was impressed with the diagnostics tools available there.
