Great visit and dr. lam providers responses to all questions.
The staff is great. You can talk with them, learn from them, and the visit seems to always be a pleasant one. On top of that, you get your teeth taken care of, so nothing else you can really ask of them.
I am a relatively new patient but Dr. Lam impresses me as knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The staff is very good, the office suite is clean and welcoming, and the practice follows current CDC guidelines on COVID-19.
As always, my experience before, during and after my appointment is Excellent! i have been very happy with this practice and not only is it convenient, but the staff, techs & Dr. Lam are very personable, helpful and take time and care of each of their patients. I highly recommend this practice.
Our family has been getting our care from this practice for many years now. Going to the Dentist for us is actually fun and enjoyable (seriously). Their team is always ready for us, guides us to better care and health, knows us and lets us know them. They truly care about us as not only patients, but as friends. We trust them and think that others should, as well.
This was my 4th visit. The dental hygienist, Jen, followed all Covid 19 protocols. All cleaning and polishing was done by hand, no machines - it was quiet and peaceful. Excellent work, gentle and thorough. Dr. Lam is also detail oriented and helpful. Wonderful experience. All the staff were helpful.
I went for a cleaning and my hygienist is excellent. I was then checked by Dr.Lam. I was seen by Dr. Falk until he retired and have not had dental work done yet. Dr. Lam is professional and friendly. I love the office staff. They are professional, friendly and compassionate. They always call as reminders for appointments. This was my first visit since Covid and they followed all protocols.
