We took a few tours before making our appointment and Joanne was so nice in always accommodating us, her voice over the phone is also so sweet and soft. On the day of our appointment, Shelley, the assistant was so patient with my 2 year old and I admire her for that! The staff is the most wonderful you will ever meet! Dr Cohen is so gentle, would ask for my permission if I think my child would be able to handle such thing and made sure I know what he was gonna do to my child, I really appreciated that.
