Kristy in the service department is excellent at her job, very attentive to details, pleasant to deal with and explains everything about what’s needed to be done. I drive my car without worrying because I can trust that the job has been done right!

Always been a Great experience with the services at the shop. Available texting makes it more convenient than being kept on hold when service department is busy.

The service was excellent once I got the vehicle to the dealership. Kristy was very helpful—contacted me as soon as the service department opened (7:30AM) to get details on what I needed and to make sure I knew what was happening. When the vehicle was ready, Kristy arranged for an Uber to pick me up from home and bring me to the dealership. The only reasons I didn’t give five stars were: - after 3 hours waiting (I was told it would be 1 hour and forty minutes), I gave up and found another way to get the vehicle to the dealer... read more
