RecommendedThey're great at calming both the patients and parents. You get a tour of the facility your first time there and they're very transparent about everything they're doing. They use words that are easy for the kids to understand, which takes away some the the scary kids might feel. They're nice and genuine people who have big hearts and have incredible customer service skills. Their quality of work is top notch and I absolutely recommend all parents to bring their kiddos here.

RecommendedI love this place (and so do my kids). The staff are kind, positive, and excellent with children. Both my daughters have had a hard time taking the X-rays, and the dental hygienists have been supportive and understanding, offering incentives and verbal encouragement. My younger daughter (4) even gushed “those ladies are amazing!” when we left, despite the fact that the x-rays had been hard and she’d cried.
