Not really happy . She is not friendly . We felt the nurse practitioner is so much better
I have been trusting this office for 17 years and have not been disappointed. Dr. Crowley is both knowledgeable and friendly. Her staff of hygienists is skilled and as friendly. Top level care.
Dr. Eriksen has changed my entire view on dentists. I used to not be a fan of dentists, and hadn't been to the dentist in years before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Eriksen. I needed a lot of work done (an implant, a crown and a couple of cavities). After being a patient of hers for a few years now, I really love how my teeth are and I floss every day. Dr. Eriksen helped me with updating my implant and did a superb job. She has helped me before and always does a great job. My teeth are a challenge and she handles my issues very well and professionally with great outcomes. She has a great demeanor and explains everything as she is proceeding which helps a lot. I have to add her team is great too! Dr. Eriksen works with our family and I do recommend her to my friends.
Comprehensive and thorough dental exam! As a new patient, I was impressed and pleased with the care and information I received regarding my x-rays, dental exam, and cleaning. All staff - from the front desk to the technician to the hygienist to Dr. Crowley - were friendly and knowledgeable. I’m new to Northborough, MA, and Dr. Crowley even gave me restaurant and shopping recommendations!
Dr. Kim is always pleasant and professional.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Linda is my favorite Hygienist and I actually look forward to going to have my teeth cleaned.
